    Position Summary

    Tas-Noble Incorporated is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing & Customer Relations Manager to lead the company?s marketing initiatives and manage customer engagement strategies. The role is responsible for promoting Tas-Noble?s self-service kiosk solutions, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all service channels.

    This position plays a key role in driving customer adoption, partner visibility, and sustained growth of Tas-Noble?s fintech services nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Tas-Noble products and services.

    2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for self-service kiosk launches and promotions.

    3. Manage customer relations, feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.

    4. Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional materials.

    5. Coordinate joint marketing activities with banks, mobile money operators, and strategic partners.

    6. Manage social media platforms, public communications, and brand messaging.

    7. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

    8. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing and customer service reports.

    9. Supervise marketing officers and customer service staff.

    10. Ensure consistent, professional, and customer-centric brand representation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    Minimum of five (5) years? experience in marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.

    Experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or consumer services is a strong advantage.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    1. Strong marketing strategy and brand management skills.

    2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    3. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

    4. Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.

    5. Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance.

    6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns.

    7. High level of integrity, creativity, and professionalism.
