Position Summary
Tas-Noble Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage the company?s information technology infrastructure and systems. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems supporting Tas-Noble?s self-service kiosk operations, banking integrations, mobile money services and other service providers.
This role is critical to maintaining system uptime, cybersecurity, and smooth integration with partners such as banks, mobile money operators, and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, servers, and databases.
2. Oversee the technical operation of self-service kiosks, TMS, and backend systems.
3. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT infrastructure.
4. Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards.
5. Coordinate system integrations with banks, mobile money operators, and third-party service providers.
6. Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
7. Monitor system performance, logs, and incident reports.
8. Lead and supervise IT staff, developers, and technical support teams.
9. Respond to system outages, security incidents, and technical emergencies.
10. Prepare technical reports and provide IT advisory support to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years? experience in IT management or senior technical roles.
Strong experience in system administration, networking, cybersecurity, and application support.
Experience in fintech, banking systems, telecoms, or payment platforms is a strong advantage.
