Position Summary
Tas-Noble Incorporated is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to
manage, maintain, and secure the company?s network infrastructure. The Network
Administrator will ensure stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity for self-service
kiosks, backend systems, and partner integrations.
This role is critical in supporting 24/7 fintech operations and ensuring uninterrupted
network services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls,
and VPNs.
2. Monitor network performance, availability, and security across all sites.
3. Ensure reliable connectivity for self-service kiosks and core systems.
4. Implement and manage network security controls and firewall policies.
5. Troubleshoot network faults and respond promptly to outages.
6. Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration backups.
7. Support system integrations with banks, mobile money operators, and service
providers.
8. Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and configuration records.
9. Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a
related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years? experience in network administration or a similar
role.
Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security equipment.
Experience in fintech, banking, telecoms, or high-availability environments is an added
advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
2. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
3. Good understanding of network security and cybersecurity best practices.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
5. Strong documentation and communication skills.
6. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
