Position Summary
Tas-Noble Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Systems Administrator
to manage, maintain, and support the company?s servers, operating systems, and core IT
platforms. The Systems Administrator will ensure system availability, performance,
security, and reliability across all business-critical systems, including self-service kiosk
platforms and backend infrastructure.
This role is essential in supporting 24/7 fintech operations and maintaining stable, secure,
and scalable technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and system applications.
2. Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and capacity utilization.
3. Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
4. Ensure system security through patching, updates, antivirus, and hardening.
5. Support backend systems for self-service kiosks and transaction platforms.
6. Troubleshoot system issues and respond to incidents and outages.
7. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
8. Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
9. Collaborate with network administrators, developers, and vendors.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years? experience as a Systems Administrator or similar
role.
Strong experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Experience in fintech, banking, telecoms, or high-availability systems is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong knowledge of server administration and operating systems.
2. Experience with virtualization, backups, and system monitoring tools.
3. Good understanding of cybersecurity and system hardening principles.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
5. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
6. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
